ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI ERP SAP DALAM MENJAGA AKURASI PELAPORAN PENDAPATAN DI PT. ANGKASA PURA INDONESIA BANDAR UDARA SAM RATULANGI MANADO

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the implementation of System Application and Product in Data Processing Enterprise Resource Planning helps maintain the accuracy of revenue reporting at PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia, Sam Ratulangi Airport Manado. Using a
descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations of the commercial, finance, and accounting divisions. Supporting documentation served as secondary data. The research findings indicate that System Application and Product in Data Processing Enterprise Resource Planning, particularly the Real Estate Management and Finansial Accounting & Controlling modules, plays a vital role in improving revenue data accuracy, accelerating the reporting process, and minimizing recording errors. Nevertheless, challenges such as network disruptions still impact data entry. The study suggests improvements in IT infrastructure and periodic training to optimize System Application and Product in Data Processing Enterprise Resource Planning usage and maintain accurate financial reporting.
