A descriptive qualitative method was applied, using observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants included banquet supervisors, banquet captains, operational staff, and hotel management representatives. The findings reveal that applied strategies include enhancing coordination through regular briefings, implementing flexible work schedules, conducting pre-event equipment checks, collaborating with external vendors, and providing periodic staff training. These strategies have proven effective in facilitating smooth event operations and increasing guest satisfaction. The study provides practical implications for hotel management to improve banquet operational effectiveness and serves as a reference for future research in hospitality management, particularly event management.
