Standard Operating Procedures for Implementing Laundry in Supporting Housekeeping Department Operations at Paradise Hotel Golf and Resort Likupang Timur

Abstract

This study employs a qualitative approach, where theoretical frameworks serve primarily as navigational tools to ensure that the research remains grounded in empirical realities observed directly in the field. From the results of observations and interviews, it can be concluded that the implementation of Standard Operational Procedures is very important for operational performance at Laundry Paradise Hotel Golf and Resort Likupang Timur. Therefore, leadership needs to socialize and re-implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) so that operational performance can carry out work in accordance with established procedures. And every guest who visits can feel comfort and satisfaction with the service they receive. The conclusion that can be drawn is that there must be an implementation of SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures) for the Laundry Section in supporting the operations of the Housekeeping Department at Paradise Hotel Golf and Resort Likupang Timur, of course so that performance at Paradise Hotel can be further improved.
