Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline on employee productivity in the Front Office Department of Hotel Aryaduta Manado. In the competitive hospitality industry, employee discipline is a key factor in achieving optimal productivity and guest satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative method with a causal associative approach, involving all 11 Front Office employees as respondents through a census technique. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed with simple linear regression, correlation tests, and linearity tests using SPSS 30.0. The results show that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.874 or 87.4%, a t-value of 7.899 > t-table 2.262, with significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. A correlation coefficient of 0.935 indicates a very strong relationship between discipline and productivity. These findings support the theory that high work discipline leads to better productivity.
