Indonesia, as the largest archipelagic country in the world, is endowed with abundant coastal ecosystems and natural beauty, making tourism one of its leading sectors for development. Budo Tourism Village in North Minahasa has great potential as a natural and cultural tourism destination; however, the number of tourist visits is influenced by various factors that need to be analyzed to support its development. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing tourist visits to Budo Tourism Village, including accessibility, tourist attractions, facilities, pricing, safety, comfort, hospitality, and promotion. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted from September 2024 to April 2025, involving village officials, BUMDes managers, and 30 tourists as respondents. The findings reveal that tourist attractions, local hospitality, and diverse activities are the main drivers of visits, while constraints include limited parking space, snorkeling equipment, and suboptimal digital promotion. It is concluded that enhancing social media promotion, improving public facilities, and strengthening hospitality-based service quality are necessary to increase tourist visits.
