The problem formulation addressed in this thesis is how to find the best regression model, which regression model is most effective for predicting the estimation of electricity bill arrears payments, and how to implement the analysis of factors influencing arrears payments. The objectives to be achieved are to find the best regression model, to find the most effective regression model, and to implement the factors influencing arrears payments. To address this issue, this research utilizes analytical tools such as validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, stepwise analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results obtained show that Customer Ethics has a significant influence with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 67.6%. Economic factors also have a significant influence with a contribution of determination of 59.8%. Meanwhile, PLN Service contributes 37.7% to the variation in arrears payments. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute 74.9% to the variation in arrears, while the remaining 25.1% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of the study.
