This study analyzes the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia at Sam Ratulangi International Airport in Manado and its impact on the welfare of the surrounding community. The objective is to describe how the CSR program can improve the community's standard of living. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the company and community representatives as informants. The results show that the CSR program has been running effectively, making a real contribution to improving community welfare. Initiatives include funding for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) activities such as social assistance and health services. Collaboration with the local government played a crucial role in ensuring that aid was well-targeted, despite technical challenges such as delayed distribution and administrative obstacles. The company has received positive feedback from the community. Overall, this program demonstrates the airport's important role in providing jobs, business opportunities, and improving community welfare through well-planned and implemented CSR initiatives.
