This study examines whether Work Culture and Motivation influence Work Performance and how to implement Work Culture and Motivation to improve Work Performance at the Head Office of PT. Bank SulutGO. The study aims to determine the effect of Work Culture and Motivation on Work Performance as well as to understand the implementation of Work Culture and Motivation in enhancing Work Performance at the Head Office of PT. Bank SulutGO. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results indicate that Work Culture (X1) and Motivation (X2) have a significant effect on Work Performance (Y) at the Head Office of PT. Bank SulutGO.
