Abstract

This bussines planning aims to analyze market opportunities, demand, supply, market share, and marketingstrategies for D’Pure Cocoa, a cocoa powder product derived from fermented cocoa beans in bolaang mongondow, north sulawesi. Market analysis indicates a significant increase in cocoa powder demand in manado city, with projections reaching 9.791 pouches in the fifth year. The supply of similar product remains relatively lower compared to demand, thus creating a 19% market opportunity. The marketing strategy includes product development based on natural quality, competitive pricing, digital and collaborative promotion, and hybrid distribution (online and offline). The results of this business plan confirm that the venture is feasible to develop, supported by competitive advantages in product quality and local value creation.
