This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and business projection of rice husk-based roster bricks (Huskbrick) as an innovative and eco-friendly building material. The financial analysis was conducted through the preparation of projected income statements, cash flow statements, balance sheets, as well as the calculation of financial ratios and investment indicators. The results show that the business is able to generate a net profit of IDR 52,797,200 in the first year with a positive growth trend over the five-year projection period. The Net Present Value (NPV) is positive, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) exceeds the discount rate, the Payback Period (PP) is relatively short, and the Profitability Index (PI) is greater than one, all of which indicate business feasibility. In addition, profitability and liquidity ratios are at a healthy level, while the projected cash flow demonstrates the company’s ability to meet short-term obligations and maintain operational stability. Therefore, the Huskbrick business is financially feasible to develop, as it generates significant profits, supports the local economy, and contributes to sustainable development.
