This study aims to examine the impact of implementing the SAP application system on operational efficiency at PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia, with a focus on Sam Ratulangi International Airport in Manado. The problems identified include technical disruptions such as system errors, data inaccuracies, limited internet connectivity, and low compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which hinder smooth business processes and reduce airport operational performance. This study seeks to understand the influence of these constraints and formulate strategies to improve efficiency.Using a quantitative approach, data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to 44 employees out of a total of 50 SAP users as a sample, and analyzed using simple linear regression methods. The results of the analysis show a significant positive relationship between SAP implementation and operational efficiency, with a correlation coefficient of 0.512 and an R² value of 0.262. This means that SAP only contributes 26.2% to the variation in operational efficiency, while the rest is influenced by other factors such as workforce competence and technological infrastructure. This study concludes that SAP has the potential to improve productivity, timeliness, and effectiveness of operational processes, but requires optimization through regular training, improvement of technological infrastructure, and enforcement of compliance with SOPs. These findings offer practical recommendations for companies to optimize technology investments in order to achieve more efficient and competitive airport operations in the digital era.
