This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through observations, interviews with internship students and accompanying employees, as well as company documentation. Informant selection was conducted using purposive sampling. The issues raised in this thesis writing are, What is the depiction of the soft skills of internship students at the Head Office of PT. Bank SulutGo in Manado City?, What is the depiction of the performance of internship students at the Head Office of PT. Bank SulutGo in Manado City?, How do soft skills support the performance of internship students at the Head Office of PT. Bank SulutGo in Manado City?, and How is the implementation of soft skills in supporting the performance of internship students at the Head Office of PT. Bank SulutGo in Manado City?. The objective to be achieved is to find out how the depiction of soft skills of internship students at the Head Office of PT. Bank SulutGo in Manado City. To determine how the performance of intern students at the Head Office of PT. Bank SulutGo Manado City looks. To find out how the depiction of soft skills supports the performance of intern students at the Head Office of PT. Bank SulutGo Manado City. and To see how the implementation of soft skills support the performance of intern student at the Head Office of PT. Bank SulutGo Manado City. to answer these objectives, a descriptive narrative analysis method was used. The research results indicate that there are still several problems related to the soft skills of intern students that affect their performance. Therefore, at this time, the soft skills and performance of intern students at the Head Office of PT. Bank SulutGo Manado City cannot be declared competent at an optimal level.
