Abstract

Data analysis was performed using validity tests, correlation analysis, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination test. The research results indicate that the quality of BSG QRIS Mobile Banking Services (X) significantly affects Customer Satisfaction (Y) at PT. Bank SulutGo.
