Abstract

Along with the development of globalization and increasing competition in the increasingly tight logistics sector, effective human resource management based on quality standards has become a necessity that cannot be ignored, because it greatly impacts the smoothness of achieving company goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System on HR Performance at PT. Pelindo Terminal Petikemas TPK Bitung. This research method uses qualitative descriptive, by collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature review. The Data Analysis Method starts from data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted through interviews with several informants at PT. Pelindo Terminal Petikemas TPK Bitung, it can be concluded that the company has shown a strong commitment to implementing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. This can be seen from the existence of routine training, certification programs, a Key Performance Indicator (KPI)-based performance evaluation system, and career development through a structured job bidding and talent mapping mechanism. However, in improving performance there are still several obstacles that require in-depth evaluation.
