The Influence of the Effectiveness of Using the NADIA Website (Injourney Airports Official Documents) on Inter-Division Administrative Coordination at PT. Angkasa Pura Indonesia Manado Branch Office

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the effectiveness of using the NADIA website (Naskah Dinas Injourney Airports) on inter-divisional administrative coordination at PT. Angkasa Pura Indonesia Manado Branch Office. The research employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 38 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, Pearson correlation, simple linear regression, and t-tests with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that the effectiveness of the NADIA website significantly influences administrative coordination, with correlation r=0.767, coefficient of determination R²=0.588, and t-test value 7.172 > 1.68595 at sig=0.000. It can be concluded that the higher the effectiveness of NADIA usage, the better the inter-divisional coordination achieved. The study recommends regular training, optimization of system features, and routine monitoring.
